70% of women who have PMDD have suicidal thoughts. 30% of them actually try.

I feel strongly about this issue because I experience those emotions from time to time. Sometimes they aren’t mine, and I have picked them up from the collective. Yikes :/

It goes to show how much of an issue it is now.

I will keep this post short, but I will say:

  • Tell your friends you love them.
  • Show them that you appreciate their time, skills, and talents.
  • Offer your support not just with words, but actions. Mean what you say.
  • In this day in age, it’s easy to leave a sticker comment, or one-liner in someone’s messenger or social media, but it shows dedication to actually take the time to leave a phrase you truly mean.
  • The energy behind your words and comments matters.
  • Just do your best because that is enough.

If you’re struggling with PMDD or mental health right now, a good first step is a proper energy field cleansing, and you can grab mine for free here: https://mailchi.mp/c7ed006464d0/dgvieck562.
